Through your purchases, you allow us
to increase the number of products we offer on the store
to improve the quality of existing products based on your feedback
to advise you before your purchase or to support you after your order or when resolving a problem thanks to responsive, attentive and efficient customer service
to invest in advertising to make our products and content known to those who do not yet know us to broaden our positive impact
to pay our producers the fair value of their work
to create informational content intended to raise the level of consciousness of our audience such as emails, inspiring stories, quotes, online training or blog articles
We believe that our products should be accessible to as many people as possible, which is why we work most of the time with our producers without intermediaries to offer you the best prices. However, we want to generate enough profit to be able to accomplish our mission and continue to improve our store to better serve you.
Donation to Associations
Since the beginning of our adventure, we have regularly donated a percentage of our profits to associations that are aligned with our mission. We support both large associations such as Amnesty International, Warka Water, Human Society International or Team Trees and smaller associations acting locally in India and Tibet.
We have several ideas to allow you to choose which association you want to support with your purchases, this will be implemented in the coming months. We are also considering creating a foundation that will allow us to act even more directly on the causes that are important to you.
