#2. I only received part of my order. How come ?
Answer: This is normal. Your items come from different locations and to avoid you waiting too long, we prefer to deliver your order as soon as one or more items are ready.
You will therefore receive your order in several packages (which allows the joy of discovering a new package in your mailbox to last over several days)
#3. I ordered more than 15 days ago and I haven't received anything yet.
Answer : Yes, this is normal. Delivery time is between 14 and 35 days.
It's much closer to 14 than 35 but sometimes it's a little longer.

In any case, if you have not received your item within 60 days then we will refund you and you keep the item when you receive it.
